No refunds. Exchanges or store credit only, with in 30 days of purchase.

Purchase of $100.00 or more will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used on purchase made through the website. We can ship purchase of $100.00 or more to a non-billing address, but it requires more steps. Please contact us at 239-435-0668.

GIFT WRAP
Complementary gift wrap is available on all items $10.00 or more. Our gift wrap is chocolate brown with colored raffia ribbon. Raffia ribbon choices are: white, aqua, pink, red, green, and copper. Please include your gift wrap request, along with any message to include, in the comment section of the checkout.


SHIPPING INFO
Minimum shipping charge:  $ 6.50
Because shipping is calculated on a per item basis on the website, shipping on multiple item purchases may vary. If the shipping amount is less than what is calculated by our website, we will assume that is OK with you and ship the purchase. If the shipping amount is more than what is calculated by our website, you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm the new shipping amount.

Handling Time:  Purchases will ship within 3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

                      2 - 4 days to most addresses in the continental US

All other:  Fed Ex, Ground
                Delivery time varies based on location. 
                A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide.

Small items (jewelry, baby bonnets, etc.) that fit into a 9" x 12" envelope will be charged a flat rate of:  
                      USPS Priority Mail (6-14 days)           $10.00
                      USPS Express Mail (3-5 days)            $24.00

All other:  Please contact us for a shipping quote. We check several options (USPS, USP, FedEx) to find the price & delivery time that is right for you.

International Shipping:
Small items (jewelry, baby bonnets, etc.) that fit into a 9" x 12" envelope will be charged a flat rate of:
