Sandy Jones
I fell in love with color and artistry early in my life - sitting beside my grandmother at her workbench in the greenhouse. After earning an MBD from Northwesters, I joined the corporate world. I worked for companies like Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret, Frito Lay, Aveda and Guerlain - always in marketing, where at least I was able to creatively impact the product design, packaging design and advertising. Through the years I kept my creative energies alive by designing and sewing clothes, working in almost all the needle arts. I discovered my passion for jewelry making while working in New York City, and having access to the most beautiful semi-precious stones I had ever seen! My jewlery is all about the beauty of the stones - their color, clarity and sparkle. I design to showcase them. I like to say that my jewelry "dances", so the movement catches the light and calls attention to the facets in the stones (and therefore to the wearer!)
